Ranking in MSN is a lot about using the keywords in your URL. I can't tell you how much backlinks you need to get (could be a few quality links).

MSN counts almost all links. Submit articles and you will get some good back links. This is only part of a link building campaign, but it will get you going.

Put your keyword in your url.

Put a lot of tags on the page, h1s h2s etc, strong too. Make sure the title contains your keywords.

MSN likes on page SEO much more than Yahoo or google. Start with onpage then work on getting backlinks.

MSN doesn't have Page Rank like Google does. Just get some more inbound links like the others have said.

I'd also like to ask where you find out your MSN Page Rank? Never heard of this before.

Have noticed that MSN is very keen on the url... also, when I've looked at the search results... I've seen that they have my meta tags in the search result
