I'm willing to sell this social network I developed.

It's a Page Rank of 5 and is a Do Follow community. All income stated above is from Google but I also make some really great affiliate revenue from word press templates and other affiliate companies. Affiliate income is not included with this monthly income figure that is only Google. I have put so much work into this site. 3 years of marketing and branding.

    The affiliate money page

I have created a profile and Promotional Page for members.

We have a status update module

    Integrated wordpress blog

I have also added a phpbb forum

The website will be sold as is Website Content and Database.

I will not do business with anyone that has an itrader lower than 25 and 1000 forum posts.

    Hello.

12,000 USD? For a website that makes $130 a month. It's a nice website and get's a lot of traffic, and has good content of course, but if your only making that amount of revenue from so much traffic, either the website is very poorly monetized or it pretty much shows that the market is of course hugely saturated.

In this day in age, it's not about traffic, it's about what it makes. If you had 40 visitors a day and converted 3 sales a day at 40 bucks each, that's just one example :)

I'm willing to pay 1,100 dollars, but 12,000? sorry.

Best of luck with the sale

Edit* Please can you PM me proof of earnings over the past 2 years from affiliates.

Well that's only my Google income. I also make money from selling PR 5 links 65 pr year and I have sold about 10 of them. I make great money from affiliate sales for wordpress themes and 20 usd a month from adbrite. Perhaps it's a little expensive but I have put a lot of work into the website. Development, marketing, branding. If I cannot sell it for at least 8000 I will close it down before I sell it cheaper. ( I will simply keep it)

The buyer will have to understand this and possibly so the websites potential.

Your thinking along the same lines of me, i have been in a similiar position, a few times actually.

When you put so much time and effort into a website, personally it's worth more, best of luck with the sale, but it sounds like you would be better off keeping it.

    Take care

if you don't sell, what about just paying someone else to manage the site for you?

What's the deal with this... Isn't there some other way to vet out the slime than limiting your potential customers to those who spend half their lives on DP?

If you are serious about a $12,000 transaction then you should be willing to deal outside of DP.

I know someone who has been looking for a site similar to the one you have developed. I'm not sure he's willing to pay your price, but I'm sure he will give a serious offer. But I can guarantee that he doesn't frequent this forum, and probably wouldn't be interested in dealing with someone with such requirements. He's a businessman, not a net-head.

    Just a heads up.

@runcheck That's a good point. If the circumstances are right I could retract that statement.

If any member doesn't meet this requirement they would be obligated to contacting me via telephone or in person if applicable.

    Hey Brian,

I really like this. Can you organise all income stats in one place, just so I can see what we're looking at here.
