I am looking to have a vector image of a rhino with a globe stuck on its horn and incorporate it in the banner. the banner is located on my site. http://www.rhinowebct.com/ I also will use this logo for other things. So, I will need it by itself and within the banner.

It's a logo.. clipart is NOT allowed to be used in a logo or trademark.. You can find that policy in EVERY clipart sites user agreement contract prior to downloading. Unless you want the CH to get sued later I would suggest NOT to use any clipart. You ask this all the time & the laws are still the same.. NO LOGO OR TRADEMARK can use ANY clipart / stock according to user agreements & contracts of stock / clipart sites in addition to copyright laws. (Even paid licenses prohibit the use of stock / clipart in logos / trademarks) As you have mentioned before, it's up to the CH... However it's the designers responsibility to try & protect clients from legal action by doing unique work from the start when it comes to logo / trademark / brands.
The only reason I ask is so that the clipart culprits don't waste their time. You and I both know that if I didn't ask every entry (apart from mine, yours and maybe 2 others) would be clipart sloppily pasted together.
here's an attempt. tried to do it with just a silouette of a rhino's head. but it doesn't work. can't make if it's a rhino. atleast a whole bodied rhino is a rhino. tell me what you guys think.
