What do you do when a winning bidder in Flippa doesn't pay for one of your sites?

I apologize if this is in the wrong section, but forgive me and feel free to move if necessary.

you better let flippa guys know of it, otherwise they would come ask for the success fee from you.

i had a bad experience with flippa like yours. they closed my account since I didnt pay the success fee for a website I didnt get response from the winner more then a week and re-listed it.
