how to generate quality traffic wordpress site blog

I have a wordpress blog of travel domain. I need suggestion
I regularly update my blog with good articles. I follow basic strategy of SEO like article, directory, SMO(SBM,Video,doc,ppt), Web 2.0 property, commenting, forum but I didn't get traffic.

Submit your RSS feeds to RSS submittion sites...
Do Social Bookmarking for your articles..
Do Social Networking - You can create a related group, and become a member of related groups then post links to your articles....
Build some link backs for Search Engines...

first do all SEO activities like on pages SEO and off pages SEO after that you can not get good result after that ask this question bcz wordpress site get easily ranking
