    It very much depends. If your social bookmarks are highly visible and well followed and you have regular, fresh, unique and interesting content then you have every chance of getting 100+ visitors a day if you put the effort into maintaining social bookmarking as part of your marketing mix :)

    Social Bookmarking is one of the best and easiest way to grab visitors, rankings and indexing.

    If you added new posts on your blog than try top 20 or top 40 social bookmarking for such posts.
