I have to ask the obvious question...

Why are you selling these domains? If they can generate even $1 a day, you'd be foolish to sell at $37. So, what's the angle?

(I'm really just curious, I see these types of offers all the time, and I have to think if they were profitable, you wouldn't be selling them. Am I wrong?)

 

Why do people ever sell sites that make money, or businesses?

I am setting up a network of these sites myself and also selling others to make a profit whilst i am building that... I know they work because I have my own but it makes sense to also have other streams of income.

It is like any business model - you need to have numerous streams of income so you don't cut yourself off should the worst happen.

I was just curious. I've been thinking about doing some niche stuff, but like anyone, I'm a little hesitant.

Your sites look nice, it just seems like you could do better for yourself by focusing on building sites for yourself.

But I do understand the need for short-term income, too!

I've checked all the sample sites.. wow they are all on the first page of Google SERP for their respective keyword.
I can see you are applying xfactor and clickbum methods.. which are good
I'm thinking of ordering... and really hope that the 5 steps of clcikbum are applied throughout...particularly the "3 PR- or PR0 sites"

How about hosting? Which hosting company do you use? how much is the cost? The same goes to the domain..do you register it with Godaddy?

Yeah, most of my sites will break the top 10 with little to no effort at all - I have numerous other examples of doing so.

I knew the X-Factor method but hadn't come across the clickbump one. Just looked up the '5 steps' of his and tbh it is pretty much what I do. I have tended to pay more attention to number of backlinks rather than Pr but if you would prefer the PR to be what I pay attention to then I have no issues with that.

I host with Hostgator and register domains with GoDaddy - though I have also bought domains from name.com and namecheap.com and the request of various clients so I don't mind mixing and matching there.

The cost of hosting? Tbh I hadn't given it much thought as I give the first month free and after that clients tend to move to their own host. But if you want to keep it on my hosting then $5 a month seems a fair price to all concerned.

1. Do we have to register the domains or do you register and transfer it over to us?
2. Are the articles at least 95% copy scape passed?
3. What is your current success rate? I mean what profits have you made from your niche sites?

1) I register with godaddy, namecheap or name.co and then transfer to you when done
2) yes
3) the majority of mine are for sale rather than keep, though i have a couple that make a few dollars a day each. if you want i can give some examples of sites ranking that i have created.

 

What about your current customers feedback? I just wanted to know because I have bought such a package as test on one another forum and the profits never came in. Could you send in teh ranking details? Since these are mainly product based sites doesn't having adsense and affiliate links contradict themselves?

 

No they don't contradict. in fact Google don't like adsense sites that area created just for adsense - so having them product focussed with amazon affiliate links helps to bypass that problem.
