    If the transaction get canceled from the bank would paypal incur any fine (of Rs 250) to us thats the ques should be asked... under normal circumstances yesss, but since it an issue with paypal n rbi it should not?

    cause now budget is going on and after budget RBI and paypal problems will solve which as written is our local news paper but it has also written that paypal will increase now there fees for transferring funds to bank ...

    I feel the same my friend, I have withdrawn through check on Feb 22nd, it will reach me in 20-25 days, by then I have a strong feeling that things will get normal! I was quite feeling that RBI was looking for the budget thing, now that it's lot clear, things are going to get normal!

    I put a check withdrawal request on 15th. I am still waiting for it to reach me. I guess once it reaches me, it will be easy to get money in account.
