you will have trouble sending any email containing your domain name, and yes, it will affect your search ranking as well.. google sure checks spam blacklist... a risky business .. why you spam in the first place anyway? build opt-in list and do the legit email marketing

I think only effected to your ID, not for your domain.

    and

How naive are people. Search engines PROGRAMATICALLY and naturally as a course of business scan emails. Wether or not they use these for the purposes you ask I am unsure.
Naturally they can only parse emails that cross their own domain, but it happens.

    1) Take Google. How do you think it has built up such a good spam filter?
    - Because it parses (reads) your emails and applies a bayesian filter.
    2) Again, how do you think the ads in Gmail are always soo focused to your email topic? Because it applies TF*IDF analysis to your email to calculate its topic and then passes this information to AdSense.

To say that Search Engines do not "Read" your email is completely fallacious.
That is like saying Big Brother don't listen to our phone calls.

    Very naive.

It would be amazing if people here would at least pull their heads out of their asses before posting.

    Fucking stupid.

like i said emailing everyone one time

i will be using someone/companies to do my mailing for me

im more worried about having my emails go to spam folder more because of the same title and message with the same domain name in all of the emails..

are there some hosts that do NOT care about some complaints?

Personally, I would just steer away from the whole spam deal, myself mate. Even if you don't get black listed, you build a reputation, ya know? There's lots of legit ways to get recognized without spam. :)

How can search engine scan an email, imagine I already download that into my outlook how'd they scan it?

I can see the engine use spam blacklist as a part of algorithm though, if they can gain access to the list somehow(they may be able to, but I doubt it).

Also for sending out large volume of emails, if you sure you can give a good answer to your host when they contact you and say 'a number of people reported that you sending out spam', then go with it - otherwise you'll get banned.

If you really want to do it anyway then, get like 10 cheap hosting plans, deploy a web-based mailer there and send out mails modestly over a long period of time.

If your email is actually "legitimate" then you won't get junked anyway - you can try personalized it to some extent.

this is called spam. your hosting company will get complaints and you will have to respond to them. If you fail to provide a reasonable explanation your domain will be disconnected from the internet (aka banned). there might also be legal repercussions as well.

I would say at first glance that your domain won't be blacklisted. However, don't ever partake in SPAM. Just because you're not punished by Google under today's guidelines doesn't mean that tomorrow - someone won't make an example out of you. Black hat techniques and spamming will always eventually bite you in the _ _ _ ...
