depends how you send people from your porn site to your adsense site.
if you send them via forced popup or blind link it wont be good.
if it is via a normal link which they click out of interest it should be ok.

I think google adsense also don't permit ads on websites containing racist or sexist material. However, they are quite happy to have adsense ads all over urban dictionary which is nothing more than a site that profits from offensive material. And then they will place urban dictionary at top google ranking for many searches. Double standards.

You can get banned for your traffic source. If I were you, I will just monetize and work on your adult blog. It would be much easier for you to earn from affiliates if done properly.

Ive seen it before but its against the rules for Adsense. Its only a matter of time before those website owners lose their accounts.

Just work on getting legitimate traffic to your niche blog. Why risk the chance that they might shut you down? Also what happens if your adult site takes a dump? Your niche blog is dependent on it and will also take a dump.

Give the site proper treatment on its own, and develop organic traffic.

There's definitely a Google Double Standard. It's not hard to find hundreds of websites filled with lolicon (child cartoon porn) using adsense. Google didn't even respond to warnings. It's all about how much traffic you have (i.e. how much Google makes off the site).

check out the post I wrote about it:
