This is what you agreed to when you signed up to google adsense. I suggest you read it a few times and learn it, otherwise before long you'll probably end up receiving the dreaded email.

Adsense don't allow even CPM ads working together, So don't even think of such pop ads

 

Yes! Adsense not supports CPM thing its basically work on nature of content & keyword optimization of your website! it is called as CPC

 

Not sure I really follow any of that...Adsense does not support CPM? That is not the case as there are CPM ads in Adsense. Or do you mean something different?

you make it sound like it's not allowed all together.

you can use cpm ads and pop-unders.

i have a site that uses both for a few years.
google employees have been to my site.

 

adsense can work with other cpm-ads
but cannot use pop-ups or pop-unders to show adsense.
it's easy

 

If I were you, I wouldn't risk my adsense account on that pop-under ads. Google hates that.
