First If I'm correct you have posted this in the wrong Category, also you can not expect to get a decent Alpha Reseller for this price, for a start you have asked for Unlimited Bandwidth and Disk Space which is impossible by any provider, secondly you have set your self such a low budget that is even going be hard to find a decent Shared Host, let along Reseller.

You need to up your budget and think of actually how much Disk Space and Bandwidth you require and go from there, as there is no such thing as Unlimited, and there is no site's that would require such requirements.

I would highly suggest getting a PayPal account as a lot of Web Hosting companies only accept PayPal.

There is just too much competition.

If you think you can buy an alpha for 5-10$ a month and expect to get much more out from it by selling webhosting, then its definitely not worth it.

You need to find a reliable host, something like hostgator and their reseller plans.
