Indian users always had to fund their Paypal account using a credit card only and the facility of directly using bank account or debit card was never available... even before the present crisis! :(

You got to get yourself a real CC first... in order to transfer funds into your Paypal account from it. This CC can then be reimbursed with the funds from your bank account! :)

If you dont have funds in you paypal then you can pay through debit card. And about adding funds in you paypal a/c, you cant add funds. Adding funds facility is only for us bank a/c holders.

    Lol...Its easy.. :p

    FOllow my steps --

Make a Buy Now Button from your PayPal account of the amount you want to fund your PP.

Now put it on any site or anywhere.

Then make a VCC using HDFC netsafe of that much amount. And now pay via this VCC (to that Buy Now Button).
And the money will go to your PayPal account. :D

well you need paypal money to buy something naa.

Use the pay now or ask the person to send a paypal invoice and add fund via vcc instead of logging in paypal acc. Easier way to do above suggested method.
