Traffic all comes from one place (in the USA). Word of mouth only. How much would I site like this be worth?

Try a site estimator. There's plenty of them on the web.

Traditional site estimators don't work because I have kept the site off of google, and prevented linkbacks on purpose. Any other thoughts? Maybe an appraisal?

Depends on expenses, revenue, age of site, consistency of traffic and revenue. GA graph alone cannot be used to estimate the price :)

    ^ What mixke said.

Nobody will buy a site just because it has traffic, they buy them because they have revenue. A rough guide I use having seen a lot of sites sold, 6 times monthly revenue as a starting point for a sale, increasing above 12 times based on age/pr/links/traffic quality/design/partnerships/expense etc.

You've got some great looking stats, time on site and average pageviews are way above average. That generally means visitors are very engaged with your site and like the content. Build more traffic, monetise it, then sell if you need to.

    Good luck.

looks to me like you get more and more visits every day which means keep up what ever you were doing so that your site would get more and more visits

By the way, why would you keep a site off Google and avoid backlinking?
