    Hello Everyone,
I am very shocked with google search results. When I search on google with keywords it shows on 8 spot but when my friend search he will not found even in 100 spot and my site is showing sandbox by google.I am searching it from Pakistan with USA IPS while he is in USA.

And Also when we explore our site I got 77 backlinks while he got 144...Why?
I am using Firefox on 32bit while he is using chrome on 64bit system

It's pretty normal to see changes from different locations. Heck, even me and my brother see different results on Google (In the same household).

If you're searching from Pakistan and your friend is in the USA, it isn't surprising that the results are completely different. You should try not to worry about it and just get on with your site. Eventually, you'll get decent rankings everywhere, but it takes time.

Yeah, it differs in countries, but the results should be similar, so there is no answer for why sites disapear from results like that. I at least do not know.
As for the backlinks, I stopped following google webmaster tools cause they are inacurate.

Google SERPs change according to several facters. Yes, the couintry where you search from is a big facter, but results also can differ on different browsers, users search behavior, etc.

Yeah you might want to clear your cookies and everything to make sure it's not just remembering your search preferences. It could also be because of the different location of the IP addresses, but I don't know if google search results differ between states (probably not though).

google search is very much dependent on the geographical location that the search string was executed from.

Results might be different from different location as he might be using Google.com and you have different version of google. But sandbox thing is out of my head :(

Every Google Data Center has slightly different results, (Sometimes vastly different). Sometimes you see this when you search with firefox and get a different result then with IE. If this happens its because IE went to one data center and Firefox went to another. You can navigate to any data center you want by using the IP address for that data center. On this page you can search different data centers at once. http://www.seocritique.com/datacentertool/

I would imagine that the google sandbox works is a similar manner but I do not know this for a fact. However if I were to guess, this would be why I think you are having this situation.
