Need my logo in Photoshop please help

Hi there,

I need someone capable of recreating my logo in photoshop, with high resolution for printing.

The only change will be the slogan, from "scrap resources ...", I want to change it to "The Global Scrap Marketplace".

I will display the logo here so you can see it, it is pretty simple but in low resolution.
