I just launched my company review site!

"proudly reviewing many companies globally" I would change this. I like your header "Check out a company before you work there." make more sense to me.
Looks good otherwise

 

This is actually a counter that will begin counting the number of companies reviewed once it hits a minimum number.

I know it is a bit awkward now though.

The logo design impressed a lot and the home page is interesting and the site was easy in navigation..

 

I like the site and love the logo. I would just REMOVE or organize some of the ads (just for now). It's killing.

As far as conversion which is what matters in having a site like yours, you might want to put some thoughts on capturing a visitors information who at the moment may not be ready to sign up to or have an immediate need for your site. My suggestion free valuable information that speaks to a clients emotions when it comes to your service.

Make sure the offer is within the google heatmap above the fold.

Interesting. I know I need more data in the site but that requires more users. Problem is I can only get users if I have data. Not sure what else I can put in other until I get some reviews.

 

My friend create the content, blog, article marketing on subjects related.
Create tips and things to look out for. What makes a great environment, What makes a bad working environment...etc..

Good content will drive traffic as long as the rest of your SEO is taken care of.

If your still having trouble you may want to bring on a consultant to take a look. A good one can help you drive traffic and further develop your product. I know a "good one" hahaha...
