Windows7 is not good at all!!!!!

microsoft just change the icons and make it stylish ,i would suggest stop these stylish things and like linux work on the self computer.

 

It's ultra bad for me! Now I'm happy with Linux

 

as compared to vista, windows 7 is great.

 

As of now, I didn't notice any big problem with Win 7.
But when compared to Vista, it is really a big improvement.

 

I have read once win 7 have bug in online update. May he get slow when win 7 online.

 

I upgraded from Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate and i absolutely love it! It's alot quicker then my old vista and will never downgrade ever again.

I am using dell inspiron 1545 I have recently installed windows 7 ultimate and it works fine for me.And far more better than xp.

 

Windows 7 is pretty fast for me, it's basically better and best than Vista.

 

Windows 7 was fast and very sleek looking (Come on don't compare it with Mac). But by time i think it is proving to be very irritating and worse than any other release from Microsoft.

I had this problem of sound while i connected my laptop through HDMI. The sounds from the Operating system were playing in the TV but the media players were not playing any sound on the TV.

My friend recently had to format his laptop and re install windows 7 professional with in just 2 months of purchase.

I think Microsoft must shut down their R&D department and spend the money on more charity.

 

If you are planning to get windows 7 Laptop then please make sure that you don't buy the system preloaded with Operating system. Get the Laptop and Operating system CD/DVD separately. so in case of a crash you can always reinstall the OS.

 

If you can avoid buying a pre manufactured computer, and instead get one custom built locally or build it yourself you will get alot more bang for your buck. Looking at your specs you should be fine speedwise, the processor can handle win 7 fine but is a little slow in my opinion. As for 7 I love it! I am 4x more productive with 7 then I was xp but it took me about a week to figure everything out. I'm conning from vista though so that makes it easier!

Benchmarking wise, Win 7 is faster than XP. But to each his own opinion. For me, Win 7 rocks.

 

hmm, have you used Win 98 before XP, it so, then it should be the same experience

 

Then reinstall windows xp, simple.. or maybe you don't know how to do that

i have also tried windows 7 but it sucks better move to xp coz xp is the best

 

xp is what most people are used to. Win7 looks nicer. I also have some problems with win 7.
