He means we (People in the USA) can't run PPC gambling ads. because only selected countries are allowed to. Which is why you get to charge us (People in the USA) money to so call "by pass" google review and get the gambling ads up. Even though around 5 or 6 countries can run gambling PPC ads anytime they feel like it!

Yeah, the UIGEA bill that has been delayed into the summer essentially tries to make online poker illegal in the US. If you are promoting to US players - there are only a select number of poker rooms that still take US players (FT, PS, Doyles, Carbon, Cake...and others) so choose wisely.

One thing you will want to keep an eye on is recently MasterCard figured out how poker rooms were masking transactions to look like other purchases and they have subsequently banned all transactions. There are rumors Visa is next.

Other than promoting the Poker Rooms themselves...most experienced (and real money playing) online players use "Rakeback" ....there are many affiliate programs that give you a rev-share via this aff. program, and I think this is one program that converts very well. I personally use RakeBreak.

You are totally right, any poker players worth getting for the long term will surely be looking for rakeback. I personally use PAS (check my resources sig link for details) to provide rakeback to my players.

P.S. I am getting a redesign done for my site and will be looking for affiliates to team up with. If you don't want to handle the cost of running a site. Contact me for commission details.
