Ok so from what i can understand you run a travel site, your site has been posted on a forum with incorrect information. Clients coming from that forum are upset with you?

Firstly i would suggest contacting the admin but obviously you have done this and it hasnt worked.

I would then suggest you dont try and affect the SERPs of that page as that is fowl play and I would never get involved in that.

So you are left with 2 final options,

Place a javascript code on your blog which recognises when visitors come from that forum and it pops up an on screen message with the correct details.

At the checkout screen you can add a review section where clients can see what they are about to purchase.

    I hope this has helped!

or....... you could join in the discussion on that forum, and find out why people are talking bad about your site.

Try and solve the problems, probably someone bought an item through your site, and it isn't satisfied with his purchase, which isn't your fault, as you are just an affiliate.

Try to solve the problem by talking to them, putting a good word about your site (but not too obvious), and even get some of your friends to help you turn that discussion into a positive one about your site.

I agree with darkblue -posting a response on the forum is your best tactic, and do it in a cool and professional manner.
Other than that, the classic reputation management is to try and edge it off the front page, by using squidoo pages, blogs, microsites - anything that can get another listing in serps for that keyword. If it's a competitive keyword, that can be tough, as you've got to get those pages on the first page of serps, and above the forum entry for this to work.

Magda has the right idea, but it may take some effort on your part.
Try a new thread on the forum with the same keyword and have a link with keyword pointing towards your website with every post......

And if the above doesn't work you need to do some serious work in the same manner on other forums and also perhaps consider getting some well SEO'd pages in to place across a domain or two or three to counter act this - assuming you can actual disprove the bad and get back up from others to prove the good of course.
