Around $30-40 a day.. how to get more ?

Hi Guys

I have been getting this amount steady for a while now. Daily earnings range around the mid 30 most of the time. Max I have got is just $56 or something a day , some of the recent bad days were like 27-28.. all amount in USD

I get around 800k - 1000k page-views a month ( google analytics )

Alexa ( I know most of you guys hate it with a passion , but I kind of like to see the number go down ) ~ 27,000

How much do you think the site can earn via Adsense in a day ?

 

most people here are barely earning a penny, ppl earning a lot won't even be here. NO point asking. People will just flood you with questions about how you are earning so much already. Your url is already in the sig, no need to have it again.

 

I started the site only 2 years back and I started it after reading about various stuff on DP, some of the success stories.. dont quite remember which ones though . There are quite a few people who earn some serious cash via Adsense on DP.

questions about how you are earning so much ?? $30 is not much.. If I can do it in 2 years time anyone can...

My Advice : Dont start a site for HPK expecting to earn money.. been there done that, made nothing.. Make a site about something you love to write about.. it will generate you some cash in the long run.. dont expect to make a lot in the first year..

 

Thanks a lot for your valuable tips. In fact, I don't earn such amount even after being on internet everyday for 2 years. I believe that CPC depends on keywords also and the click originating location.

 

and where are those people now? chances are these guys are already gone onto something bigger, what we have here are just a bunch of whiny noobs asking to be spoon fed.

 

recently I started a thread here, on DP, with my steps to the 5$/day with adsense target... being way behind you, even I write there about stuff I enjoy, it would be very helpful if you brought us some more complete infomation about how you choose subjects to write about, where do you inspire your articles, how you promote your site. I'd love to see more tips and details from you...

Congrats on your success and keep it up. You might touch $100/day. Just one question to ask. Are all your revenues from Adsense or other form of revenue generation ads are there. I see store. Just asked you out of curiosity.

I have similar story except i only put my mind to it in February and am now earning steadily. Last January my average was about 3 EUR. I like my brain

 

I wouldn't recommend to stick with one ad network.

Why dont you install a ad server and rotate ads from different networks and affiliate networks and then stick with the most profitable ad

 

true.. most people will move on..but I dont mind helping out once in a while when i drop in to DP.. after all some guys here helped to to get where I am today

lot of readers submit stuff that i post about, 1-2 industry insider also drop some stuff from time to time..

the 30-40 comes from adsense. I do have a few direct advertisers. I tried BSA, but my niche was not performing well in there

Your ECPM is way better than mine.. but CTR is a bit low.. I suggest trying diffrent ad positions, colors, etc to see what works for you

I am looking for a good CPM network.. I tried Technoratimedia Once.. was fed up with weight loss and teeth whitening ads and stopped running those. ( pay was good , but I personally didnt want those type of ads hogging all the ad slots on my site )

 

Create new pages which have high buzz on google trends for your tech keywords and then make targeted content for each specific article and post that, submit every thing via social bookmarking.
