In the withdrawal option in Paypal

Withdraw funds to your card 5-7 business Days $5.00 USD

With this work ? Has anyone tried this.

    They claim :-

Debit Cards (also called check cards, ATM cards, or banking cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. Enter your card number without spaces or dashes.

    Basically, Paypal accepts Debit cards.

But, Indian debit cards do not work, because of RBI's directive to compulsorily enforce the 3-D security technology (Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) on every debit card.

The only working cards are Credit cards. (until RBI doesn't take those under the 3-D security rule too)

SBI Yuva is an international Debit card.. I'll try again if it works this time.. I'm sure that the cause of 'not working' is only and only the 'VbV' issue.. I don't want it, I can handle my card securely without that, but RBI forces it on all Indian debit cards :(

    Which card of SBI?
The maestro standard debit card (the yellow one) - would not work
Meastro International debit card (bright red color) - would not work
SBI Yuva VISA Debit cad - May work. If you have it and you can try, plz do it and post he result..

It may take 5-7 days.. aren't the vcc deleted by that time? (I don't know much abt how they work)

Yes its mandatory to register, would suggest register for it. There are lots of benefits you may avail.

I guess you can not abide by vbv, I tried and failed!

Not sure Credit card withdrawal will work, This was the reply i got from paypal enquired about my withdrawal status. So i think Check or cc should work but not tried yet.

At this time all the withdrawals from India to the bank are being
delayed and reversed because of some changes in regulations. As soon as
you receive your money reversed you can withdraw that money to your
credit card or as a check.

You can view our PayPal blog at www.thepaypalblog.com for the most
    up-to-date information in India.

We know situations like this can be difficult, so thanks for working
with us. If you have more questions, visit our Help Center by clicking
"Help" in the top right corner of any PayPal page.

    Sincerely,

All those debit card which Have Visa / Mastercard logo and have VCC code(3 digit as in CC) in back should work...

If you have old visa electron card or maestro card I can not say anything about them...

Paypal verification should not be affected by involve Verified by visa or Mastercard secure code as they don't authorize card directly by showing the payment amount as in case of online shopping

Why to withdraw to debit card for a charge of $5, you can withdraw to your bank right? One and the same, you have money in bank means you have money in your Debit Card attached with it? Am I right?
