    if only for content publishing, I recommend Wordpress. Also, you might try Joomla or Drupal.

    Joomla is the best, but if your a novice you should probably go with WP.

    If you have small plans for your site, choose Wordpress. If you have large plans for your site, use Joomla for more options.
