    I put Google Adsense up on my forum a couple days ago. Within the first 30 minutes of the ads being up I made $2.75

    Since then, which has been about 4-5 days. I've made a combined $0.48 cents.

    Congrats! Now that you have an idea of CTR and CPC you can estimate a few things...

    If the traffic was organic, which search engine did it come from and where does your site rank? Now you can gauge how much traffic you would receive if #1, add your CTR & CPC and this will give you an idea of income and if the site is worth pursuing...

    And then like everyone else said, duplicate and scale it out!
