    Go to https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit and log in with your Yahoo name and password (same as your Yahoo email if you have one).

    Once you log in, you’ll see two choices:
    1) Submit a Website or a Webpage – skip this.
    2) Submit a Site Feed – this is what you want.


    You first need to upload your .xml file to your website’s home directory, or, if you have just a text listing all of your files, then name it urllist.txt and upload it to the same place.

    Its better to get your site indexed in Yahoo directly. They will provide you with a small file and this is what you need to submit in your website cpanel. After this your website will get completely indexed within 24 hours.

    I think that is pretty impossible, they will require you to login and change the settings only if you have a Yahoo account.

    I think he is asking for submitting his sitemap, but he can submit his website directly to yahoo by site explorer in yahoo. So what is there to change any settings :confused:

    To add your sitemap to Yahoo:

    1. From the Search Engines page, copy the link to your Sitemap file.
    2. Sign in to your Yahoo! account.
    3. Enter the URL for your site in the Submit Site feed field (e.g., http://www.yourdomain.com)
    4. Click Submit Feed.

    1 - You can submit a sitemap or an RSS feed in your yahoo site explorer account.

    2 - add the sitemap: path lines to your robots.txt file

    Either one of those ways will take care of the sitemap submission.

    You will get two options
    1) Submit a Website (ignore this)
    2) Submit a Site Feed – submit your site feed

    Note : Your file name extension must be .txt & upload it home.
