Nopes, Paypal Bank withdrawals not working as of now

You have to wait for another few days to withdraw directly from Paypal, in the mean time try using xoom you might be among few lucky ones...

firstly you can only withdraw ur money if all information of paypal matches information on your Xoom account.
Go to xoom.com,login to ur account, select ur money.after that enter ur amount how much u want to withdraw, then select ur bank name and then select ur payment method as paypal and then u are done.
Then depending on time u can get ur money in ur bank account.
You may also money in less than 24 hours or in 2-3 days.

PayPal notified me that they had stopped allowing personal payments to be sent to or from India. And this is not fixed yet, I believe.

I'm not from India, but I think that wasn't the best move for Paypal to make. Indians provide a good chunk of the market share for Paypal, and they aren't playing fair. I'd say it's time to move to another processor. Once they start seeing people walk away, they'll straighten up their act, or at least I hope.

I think the move was not from Paypal, it was RBI Govt. Of India decision!
