nah, the duplicate content penalty is a myth in my opinion

YOU are wrong , every forum copy and paste article and they been around for years and still no banned!

 

This is exactly what I do on my adsense blog http://rexleather.com/blog/index.php and it works for me. Although some of the older marketing articles are word for word. But newer ones will have my 2 cents added to each one.

Yes, this is what i have specified in my last post in this thread but other posters are taking it in the wrong way.

Most of them are telling that unless Google is notified about the duplicate content then you are fine but once they are notified they will ban your adsense account. This is what i don't understand what is this and what they mean by this.

Google search engine knows about duplciate contents and they know how to handle the things. This is what i am again going to tell that Google and not even Adsense have anything to do with duplicate contents. The duplicate content users can only be sued if they are done so by the original users with legal ways.

One easy examples - If you can't use duplicate then why ezine and other article directories allow republishing rights. Also why are there so many plugins available for WP which allows the same activity.

Please posters don't flourish wrong knowledge over this forum.

 

Of course Google can easily detect the content that you have copied and pasted. If you do so, that will be a poor sight for your recognition in Google.

I believe there is something in the Adsense TOS that says your site should have substantial unique content. Still, article directories like Ezine Articles are basically pure duplicate content and they make a killing with Adsense.

 

well, for me, i simply mix it with 100 worded comments that i ramble with my keywords in them.

i also use youtube videos to break my pattern

u can always have personal posts talking about ur day at work or something happening to someone close but use the keyword

talk about ur family, ur pet, ur neighbours, ur workplace, ur hectic lifestyle ..... LOL it's ur blog.

stupid question, if i have a sports related website and have personal info on players that can be found on many websites is that considered copied content?

 

Yah google spiders will catch for sure, so that our websites may or may not appears in search results.. so better to not copy from other.

 

That's a little bit tricky, how can i not copy from others? i can make up the birth date, location, teams a player played for and stuff like that...i have general info about players inspired from wikipedia, i did not copied the content, just the players and teams info...1000s of site have the same info on it....

 

The Copied Article is easily to be detected !
But, Google Adsense doesn't care much about this, it only care how can a website public its Advertisement and bring profit back
So, if a website attract large visitors it will be applicable to Google Adsense, even of its copied content.
One more, nowadays, most of website on the internet have copied content from others.

Yes for sure google detects copy paste matter and they decrease our page ranks when we do that !!!

 

you can not put same (Copy & Paste Articles) on your Blogs Google can detect it's and may be they can reject from adsense also.
