Wordpress problem with image uploads

    Looking for advice ...

    I am trying to upload images in wordpress but not having any luck, I get this response when trying to upload an image into a post, or using the media menu option.

    The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/mydoamin.com/httpdocs/blog/wp-content.

    I have also added the iamge direct into blog/wp-content .... but still it is not found?

    Any advice?

    Thanks Sakto, I can now upload files but for some reason the images do not "display", e.g. you just get the error "X" where he iamge has been added. Any thoughts? BTW - green rep added for your feedback

    Hiya Gordano

    It may help if you share your URL so anyone can take a look at the problem.

    One thing you could check is your "miscellaneous settings" in your WP dashboard.

    have u checked htaccess permissions and are you sure you allow hotlinking to this site ? I have come across sites which block hotlinking to their own sites and face problems
