No.. Same IP link or sister sites won't be beneficial that much.. try to get back-links from different IP's

Yes i agree with "vickey". it does negative effect for your site. I f you want bring/increase PR, then always use independent IP. is this case relevancy doesn't matter.

But if you want only Rank in Google then relevancy And High pr matters. Both effect and promote in Google.

maybe it doesn't look like NATURAL way for collecting backlink.

But i have question too... how if we use proxy tools to make our PC has different IP address? is it oke? i never use this method because too expensive :D

They won't help much if they are hosted on the same server.

Maybe, but shouldn't have a negative effect :)

Your IP address and the site's IP are two different things...

So if I post your website's link on some sites that have the same IP, your site will rank lower in SERPs? I don't think so... :s

It doesn't have a negative effect. It will still be somewhat beneficial, but if the backlinks are from different IPs they will be a lot more effective.

It might increase your page rank but it would be what is called a fake pagerank... not good for you.

If you have two domains you want to link together, make sure they are on different webhosts. It's a policy I've always followed, and I've been backed up by several others regarding this - so I think there may be something in it :)

Say you have 50 links from different Ning communities, do you think they will be discounted, despite each being a totally seperate site? Of course not.

sorry dear :) one Link per IP is all you need. if you have 200 domains on one IP and links on 200 domains you only get credit for one domain

    the rest are useless
