What can be done about parked domains in search results? How in the heck is it ranking so high and what can be done to not have it show up?

Some people uses tricks to earn money. They change the name servers and mx records weekly. One week they run website, one week they change the mx records and change it to parked domain to earn money from the user clicks.

Domain parking refers to the registration of an Internet domain name without that domain being used to provide services such as e-mail or a website. This may have been done to reserve the domain name for future development, to protect against the possibility of cybersquatting, or to engage in cybersquatting.
