I'm facing the exact same problem with 1 of my website and it's now the 3rd month..... google reconsideration did nothing for me as it's not exactly a penalize that we're facing.
    it's some sort of filter.
I don't know which exactly, but my site was not new, it was very well established PR5 from 2001. What started it for me was some technical problem that created duplicated content, but even after fixing it, i'm still waiting.

OP, Is it possible that you have been the victim of personalized search results? If you're logged into a Gmail or Google Apps account when you search the results you get will be skewed. If you want an accurate look at the search results use webmaster tools, or at least log out of any Google accounts and delete your cookies before searching.

I think that this is just Temporary. Google did the same thing to me a while back. Don't worry, it will be back to whatever spot you had before.

Ok guys I'm not really using Google's webmaster tools, But based on webmaster tools I still ranked better on some of they main keywords on my niche but when I searching it on google my website cannot be found.

Does anybody here knows if webmaster tools us updated daily? Anyone?

    Thanks!

That's because they might have encountered some virus in your website. If you clean you website and make it fresh you can get rid of this problem. I faced the same few months back. Now my site it running fine.

Google tends to give some advantages to brand-new websites but the position might drop eventually.
Anyway, I'm sure this is temporary. If you are doing everything right from the SEO point of view and from the viewpoint of content uniqueness and relevace, things should get back to normal soon.
I think you should get some patience and keep doing what you're doing.
