    Today I have for sale premierbabyclothing.com

    This domain is over 8 months old and gets an average of 14 unique
    visitors a month averaged over the last 6 months. All traffic is type
    in, this site has not been promoted at all.

    I would promote it and develop it further myself, because I've done
    the research on the baby clothing niche, and the competition is low
    and weak, and the payouts are high with adsense clicks coming in
    routinely over $1. I was blown away with how much money there is
    to be made here, and was keeping it a secret hoping to one day
    develop this site, but I'm getting out of the website business and
    focusing my energy on real estate, where my real expertise actually
    is.

    The domain is with yahoo, and I will push for free to your own
    registrar. The site is hosted with Hostgator.

    High bidder takes it, no matter how low the bid, there is no reserve.

    I only accept paypal.

    I just want to get rid of it and send it to a good home, so I'll be
    starting the bidding real low.
