PayPal appeal denied‏

do paypal send wire transfer for limited account withdraw where paypal not supports or they just hold the money while account not verified

 

that depends on the country. if its not supported then its gone

 

where it go, country not support but paypal says they will do wire transfer while ac is unverified without verification how they will go

 

Nothing can be done for this. If they don't support that country then how can they make wire?

Your paypal account must be verified otherwise you can't do that... for wire transfer fees ..tell them your story to paypal that's all ..

How much payment was in your paypal ? I think it is not possible to withdraw payment from unverified account in non supportive countries.
