    We need a coder/designer to duplicate a career information directory.

    There is a free series of material published and used on many job and career websites for people to use as reference. The material outlines hundreds of types of jobs and gives descriptions of each job in an organized manner.

    We need a coder/designer to use a copy of this material and arrange it on our website.

    Incorrect. That material is freely available for use. Copy and paste any excerpt from that series of pages into Google and you will find hundreds, if not thousands, of sites using that material verbatim.
