    With awstats I have loads of all the way back to March 2006 but only to the end of 2009 as I have a bug with it, but I have my stats with the hosts that any screen shot can be done for you, I have added this month’s below

    I am currently hosting with 1&1 and do with my other websites also, if a sale is made I am moving host with my other websites so the buyer can take over the host or I can set a transfer up.

    Revenue:

    New members a day on average = 4-10

    (This was all its own doing and is like that at the moment users have been getting better all the time)

    Forum software:
    I have had the licence for the Vbulletin software and the VbSEO software but there out dated, this means that you can’t use their latest version but you can install the versions before, I can transfer all account information over for these on buying of the website.

    Payment:
    The buyer will have to pay 50% upfront then the other 50% on completion of the deal; I will take only PayPal or direct bank payment

    Price:
    At this time I am open to offers, but I am not willing to sell for a low cost, I have put in allot of hours for this website and hard work, I am only selling due to me having no time and other websites to deal with along with a business to run.
    Please make only sensible offers, I will work in usa dollar (please note I am from the UK) as I know more people deal in dollars.
    I also own the .com domain of this site, at this time it’s a directory that makes $5 every now and then and I have never really worked hard at getting the name out, if the price is good I don’t mind adding it in with the deal if the buyer wants it.

    nice job bumping your thread 3 times in an afternoon, keep it up and you may not have access to sell it here ;)
    ps.. escrow is very easy to setup and I would suggest using it with anything over 300

    I wasn't meaning to bump it like that :( in future I will try and edit my last post if no one has posted.

    I will take a look into escrow now and see what I can do, if it will help.

    is it as trusting as other payment ways like paypal etc?

    I would say that escrow is definitely safer than PayPal. I recently got scammed in this forum and I paid the seller with PayPal. Long story short I opened a dispute then escalated to a claim, but PayPal said it could not track virtual goods so I lost $100.

    Nope you can live anywhere you want and own this website :), Like I say in the top post I own the .com domain also so It can be swoped with ease if the buyer was interested in owning both.

    UPDATE

    Last year I made $315 in subscriptions on advertising, I have just been looking through my paypal and can prove it if people need me to (will be hard and only screen shots)

    so thats $315 + £350+ last year
