    .com is hot favorite for every one and the first priority should be given to it. The TLD should also be dependent upon the business and the targeted traffic based on the geographical locations

    I would go for .com first and then .net, .org respectively. That is it. I don't like to go for any other TLD other than those three.

    .com is by far the best. After that, I'd say .org is better than .biz (.biz implies hard selling or pure money making intentions - that's my opinion only, but others might share it too)

    Go for a dot com. In my case, if I can't get the dot com, I always continue brainstorming names until I find something that IS available.
