I want to start doing PPC but am afraid of getting in over my head too quick. I know you can set daily budgets but I want to start out with an effective plan that will get enough clicks early to see how it's working. I was wondering about doing heavy geo-targeting based on marketing info that shows an index of buying propensity for my target by region. If you have data showing that your target lives in a higher proportion in certain cities, are you better off limiting the buy to those cities.... or, is it more about getting a CTR which may be just as high or higher in cities not on the hit list? Any feedback on this point would be very appreciated. thanks to all.
use frequency capping and try to improve the quality of your ads. Geo-targeting is a good idea but you may not get any click so be careful about this
Be careful with PPC. I suggest starting with a modest "training" budget until you get the hang of it.
