What's wrong with my site

is it a chatting room or video sharing or what else?
the homepage is pretty smart but I'm still little confused what I can do next.

 

you should at least let visitors browse through your forum... I will not sign up unless I know what it is about...

 

While I really like the explanation video, I think your home page should be a bit more descriptive as to what the service is.

Also, it may be helpful to have a more specific example, rather than a general description. Make up a fictional person, and explain how this person would use your service. I think it'd help me as a new visitor if you could help me imagine how I'd use this in my own life. Like a use case scenario.

 

1. Allow visitors to view your forums before they sign up.

2. Make a better logo.. Bigger

3. More info about the site on main page

4. Way to earn money. Contests.

 

I personally feels that 3 things to be enhance.

Have the navigation at the top of your site.
Don't make users to think that what i can do with this site.
You display recent user activities on home page.

 

I like the site actually.. you just need to communicate the benefits of your site in a better way

 

I would focus more on optimizing keywords if I were you.

 

I took time to view the main page and found it very confusing as i still have no idea what it is about within the 1st 20 seconds so i hit the exit button as i lost interest.That is all i say really.

 

The design is nice but there is a lot going on... People will be unsure what the point of the site is and leave quick.

I would also allow a prview of the forum/chat area.

The video is nice, but it needs a little more emphasis on what it really is. ( a specific conclusion of your product/service )
