Sorry I'm late guys; big problems setting up my new pc :) Anyways thank you all for your bids, well done! As for the two of you that both placed bids at exactly 12pm I'm not totally sure how to decided.

An argument could be made both ways. If the 60 seconds from 12:00 to 12:01 is going to be allowed then the last bid stands. But if you say 11:59 is the last minute of the auction and 12:00 it's over, then the highest bid before 12:00 stands.

I simply didn't think it would come to this. And I want to be fair and impartial so the only two options I can think of is to bring to to vote and let our peers decide or we start a new, separate auction just for BlogMint.com. If I choose I "lose" either way IMHO :) What do you guys think as I'm open to suggestions?

As this weekend is a long-weekend (Labor Day) here in Canada I will not be available until Tuesday to make any domain transfers.

So for anyone; other than the two BlogMint.com guys, you may wait until Tuesday to pay via PayPal and then we'll transfer your new domain within 24 hours.

In the meantime, anyone who won their bid please PM me your domain registration information so that we may transfer it next week.

    In either Scenario I win...LOL.

I was last to bid PRIOR to the Auction ending (11:41 post) and was the last to bid AT 12pm.

To go to an auction is not needed as you said the auction would end at 12pm PST today.

    Just my 2 cents.

my 2 pennies would be just to re-auction blogmint and let everyone have a go at it again.

specify that the auction ends at 11:59:59 no exceptions, or whatnot

I don't know, just a thought.. as for blogbullet I'll PM you my info.

This is what I'm going to do; I'm going to post a new auction for just BlogMint.com with the last agreed upon bid of $45 as the starting price.

All previous bids are out and do not count in this new auction. If you want to bid your first, minimum bid is $50.

The bid increments will be $5, the BIN price will be only $100 and the auction will end Tuesday, Sept 5, at 11:59 am (12:00 pm is too late).

Now this should be clear enough for everyone I think :)

As I expected, I am now being accused of "lying and cheating" for profit. Yet it wasn't I who created this situation. I'm simply trying to fix it.

The other thought that I've had is to completely remove BlogMint.com from sale permentantly. This way neither party gets it and therefore cannot accume me "lying and cheating" as there wasn't a clear winner IMHO.

Listen I'm wide open to fair suggestions and ideas, but my time is very limited this weekend until Tuesday so maybe we should put everything on hold until then? Anyways you can bid on the new auction or you can, ask a Moderator's POV, or we can all wait until Tuesday.

I'm not accusing anyone of anything, you're being most fair with the issue. I'm in the process of moving funds around and I'll more than likely bid on it later this weekend.

If you remove it, that's your choice and I won't hold it against you.
I'm not a hard ass when it comes to disputes.

Thank you MadGoat! I really appreciate your understanding and it wasn't you who was accusing me just for the record.

Either way for those of you who have successfully won their bids here is what you need to PM me:

    + Full Name
    + Full Address (city, state/province/zip code/country)
    + Full email address
+ Full phone number (country code/area code/phone number)

PM me this info and then on Tuesday I'll forward the domains to you. You may send PayPal payment to , thank you in advance and I'll talk with you guys on Tuesday. Sorry again for all the issues :-( I've tried.

That being said I'm going to leave the other auction up and running as previously stated. If this unhappy person wants the domain, he can simply place a bid. Fair is fair and I thank everyone for their kind understanding.
