Wanted: Reliable, cheap experienced PHP programmer on job-by-job basis - any country!

Hi. I'm after a programmer that is good, cheap (affordable) and 100% reliable for work I can supply them on a job-by-job basis, not fulltime position, although, I will keep you busy for sure. I'm looking for an individual, not a team. Projects will be fixed fee only, not daily rates.

You must have good experience in PHP with many examples of work (no templates) and must be able to take layouts I will give you in HTML and turn them into a fully working PHP site. Must have experience in payment and shopping cart facilities also and have an eye for detail.

I don't mind what country you're from as long as you're available on MSN Messenger each day for a chat and can speak good english.

I have several jobs coming up very soon, so please get in touch. A "non-disclosure agreement" will need to be signed before I give you any specifications to ensure my clients requirements are 100% confidential.
