ORDERED/FREE/WORKING Do follow Blog List PR4-7 ----||||||||||

Hello Guys I wanted to contribute something nice to the community so I thought I would create a nice sized list of Do Follow blogs for all of you to use. I crawled the forums searching for any free lists of do follow blogs and most of them were not in order and had a lot of crappy PR0-3 sites and sites that were 404 so I put them in order manually and cleaned them up . I also manually checked all the PR6-7 blogs to ensure they still work so they are all good. I hope this is helpful to some of you and I can tell you now there are about 450 blogs in the list! Forgive the total newbie-osity of my question.

For a few of these sites, they seem to allow you to comment and add a link to your site, which I understand how to use - I make a comment, and link to my site.

But for most, like http://www.berklee.edu/guestbook/ , they`re educational blogs with no place to comment. Is the idea to get them to link to your site if they have a "blogroll" (this one doesn't but some do).

I do appreciate the work, but I'm trying to figure out how to use lists like these.
