Pages indexed in Google

    My site is being indexed in google.. but i donot want it to indexed by google .. also i have used robots file with disallowing all files..
    but google still showing my site pages.. can anybody tell me why this is happening ??

    It sounds strange that you do not want your site to be indexed by google.:) All pages that you do not want to be indexed should be specified in robot.txt. Hmm.. I am surprised that google is still showing these pages.

    I have used this to restrict my whole site

    user-agent: *
    Disallow: /


    But still it is showing my pages in Google indexing that are cached previously before i up robots and its over 1 month .. So now how many time it will take not to show my pages in google..

    It's only a robot buddy, You need to wait with more passion. All You have to do is just do or follow all the instructions correctly and intensively. 1 or 2 times is not Enough.

    Or You can add <Meta Tag>, i'm not guarantee, the below Meta will works soon, I think good for You to try :

    <META NAME="robots" CONTENT="noindex,nofollow">

    Add it just under <head>
