PayPal Has to ANSWER Indians

I received some payments on 1 Feb as you all can see in the picture below





Now I withdrew that Money over to my Bank account 390 $ out of almost 420$ -



But due to a glitch of paypal they have sent all my payment back and have given me a negative balance. Now I dont have money in my Bank account and negative balance in my payapal acoount.




So today I have made 6 calls to Pay-pal US on ISD rates n that has costed me arround 15$. and still have nothing.

Plz guyz help me out. Spread the world.

 

1: Is the money in your bank account yet?

2: Use skype and call their tollfree #.

Everyone is facing the same problem with paypal.
