It has taken a whiile but I am proud to announce that Web-Directories.ws now has a list 2500 directories. The sites listed are web directories that accept submissions of sites.

Each day Free or Free/Paid directories are turn into only Paid/reciprocal one, how do you update it frequently?

BTW, can you please move my 2 directories, DirArchive.com and Elegant Directory to Paid Directories list.

Very good point. I noticed when writing this post that the number of free directories vs Paid looked out of whack. I try to keep the list updated through my work with http://www.best-web-directories.com and the directory submissions we do. Obviously, its time to go through each Free directory individually. I've been waiting for a PR update

I'll get started with your directories and start going throught the high PR directories.

Wow. I'll get to work adding the posted sites.

The easiest way to see if your directory is in the list, just do a search for your domain (e.g. google.com) in the Search control in the upper right of the page web-directories.ws

 

I have added all the sites listed. Any more?

 

It took a couple of days, but I added hundreds of new directories and transferred hundreds of others from free to paid.

We started with:
860 Free Directories
375 Paid / Reciprocal Directories

Now we have:
791 Free Directories
624 Paid / Reciprocal Directories

I'm sure I haven't caught them all. There are probably some switching from free to paid as I type. Please let me know if you see any. Thanks.
