    No. this is not correct atleast for me. The minimum withdraw is $ 200 but withdrawal will reach you in only 2 days time. I have received numerous payments through them and each time the payment reached me in 2 days time. It is only indian bank which may delay in giving credit but from their end the T.T (wire transfer) is delivered to Indian bank in only 48 hours time.

    I do not know whether 2co can be used for service transactions because I sell goods so for first 2 payments, 2co called my customers and asked them if they have received their order and all is correct and after that they released the money. The first wiretransfer from them took about 3 weeks time (as they waited to make sure that customer received the product) to arrive. But after that, there has been continous payments every week.

    But I want to add one more thing that 2co will hold a part of your money with them as reserve and will release it only after 180 days are passed. For me Everyweek, they hold 5% from my sales and release the reserve they held 180 days before (as my account is about one year old now).

    But for me it is acceptable because atleast I have sureity that I will get my money. 2co even accepts Paypal Payments so some customers who insist to pay with Paypal (due to their buyer protection program) can also pay me thorugh it.

    Till now I not let down by their service and I think we should keep them along with Paypal (after Paypal trouble is over). Still my First Choice will be Paypal (after these problems are over) because :-

    1) More than 90% of my customer prefer Paypal than any other gateway
    2) You can access money straightaway
    3) If you sell at eBay you do not have any choice other than Paypal

    I think that's the reason why Paypal removed the method.

    You are wrong there sunny. They already reversed my all payments which sent using 'Service' option (fees deducted for the same too). :rolleyes: Paypal gone mad really :mad:

    Bohra you are also an old paypal user it seems as you are also one of the older Indian webmasters here. Did you receive any update. My internet was down for the last two days and now when my internet came back I saw that around 450 dolllars of payment have been reversed back by paypal. I dont know but those included three payments I received including two payments from ad networks and one payment for a direct ad. I am really pissed off as well as very worried as I trusted paypal more than my life and have always used them as the first choice in any transaction throughout my 3 years with them. Any idea or any update? How are you getting back the business payments now. I have infolinks, adengage and a personal payment reversed and I am not sure what to do.

    I am really not sure why they canceled payments we had received from even ad networks. I trusted them so much but I am really getting a bit wary now. They should have at least informed us or taken permission before returning all the payments we received. They created all the mess and it seems we have to work ourselves to correct their mess.

    The most important thing is that what will happen to the reversed payments. Will paypal again reverse and send the payments to us or do we have to contact all the ad networks and ask them to send again. Really this is perhaps the biggest transaction mess I have ever seen online. I am quite confused as well as worried now.

    Ok. I just found a friend on the net (having the same problem as us) who got this reply from a PayPal executive explaining their doing:

    "Dear <user>,

    Thank you for contacting PayPal.

    I understand that you want to know why the payment you received for
    $<xx.xx> USD from <user> is reversed. This payment was sent as
    Personal. We have stopped allowing Personal Payments to be sent to and
    from India. We are aware of this issue and I sincerely regret the
    inconvenience it has caused you. We are trying to resolve this as soon
    as possible. Below are the details:

    Personal Payment - Send Money for India Accounts

    · India customers are no longer able to see the option to send a
    Personal payment on the Send Money page
    · They can continue to use other payment options, such as eBay checkout.

    If this was a payment for a purchase of goods or services, and not a
    personal payment, then you may contact the buyer and have him or her
    resend the payment as follows: (a) click the Send Money tab, (b) select
    ‘Goods’, and (c) provide a shipping address.

    If this payment was a personal payment, such as a gift to a friend or
    family member, then we request that you find another payment method
    until we restore personal payments to and from India.

    Although India customers are unable to send Personal payments, they are
    still receiving Personal payments from Non India customers.

    · In order to stop ALL Personal payments TO and FROM India accounts, we
    have started reversing Personal payments sent by Non India customers
    starting today. (the only exception will be in cases where the buyer has
    included a shipping address – we don’t want to delay any shipment of

    · We are also in the process of implementing a change on the website to
    automatically stop the payment from processing, rather than waiting to

    The Personal payment option on the International Send Money page has
    been updated and India has been removed from the ‘select a country’ drop
    down list.

    · If the payment was for a purchase of goods or services, and not a
    personal payment, then the buyer may resend the payment to the seller by
    following these steps on the PayPal website: (a) click the Send Money
    tab, (b) select ‘Goods’, and (c) provide a shipping address.

    even if somebody overused it they could just have removed the option and that would have been the end of the story .. now they are continuously reversing payments - most of which are NOT personal payments (at least in my case they were services and I had paid the charges ..). If they have given that option to somebdy ppl will use it and even abuse it. that doesn't give them the right to hold back several thousands dollars of every Indian and doing continuos reversals - imagine what havoc this must be playing wth so many ppl's business... even I am stranded and am in a dilemma of where to go if PP does something drastic :(

    When you login to your 2co account. Please go to Accounts >> Bank Account Button, there on the right side you will find Payoneer Button. Just click over this. In this page you can request for a Payoneer card to be sent to you.
    once you get the payoneer card through mail, you will need to activate this card at payoneer.com website and you can then add it into 2checkout.com as a Vendor Payment Method.

    I received my Payoneer card in 18 days through normal post.
