    Hi, I am based in UK and make payments to suppliers in India.

    My recent transactions have been reversed from their accounts several days after they were received. I only know this because my suppliers contacted me, there was no notification from PayPal.

    Money has been taken from my bank account so on my side everything looked as it should be. Apparently I have to wait 5 -7 days for the money to go back to my PayPal account and then transfer it back to my Bank account.

    In the meantime my suppliers are unpaid :(

    huh? Payment from TLA and Adsdaq just got reversed.
    My account is not negative.
    Emailed TLA and Adsdaq on this issue. Hope they reply positively.

    Just when I though I had just one problem of the Withdrawal on my hands.. whoosh.. in drops an email from PayPal saying the money was reversed to the buyer etc.. and then another and then another.. a couple of hundred bucks gone.. just like that. ON top of that no money in bank account for last 8 days.. This is just getting messier... :confused:

    Why can't we start contacting PayPal? We need to keep contacting them & escalating the issue using their contact us form & phone rather than discussing much here.

    It happens not only to personal accounts. It happens to Business account too, but they say "it is done for personal payments".

    We spoke to PayPal US team, this morning, they said (lied), "It is not PayPal, it is the client initiated the reversal process from them." We were advised to contact them personally and make the payment. I stressed him that in this case "the reversal should be done only after the claim should be made by the customer". I do not see any claims or deputes so far. No answer for this.

    No announcement, simply changed.

    Importantly, our reputation is affected horribly. They took the client money too. For example, the client made 55$. The transaction fee is 2.35$. When the reversal is done, the client was paid 52.65$ only, not 55$. Also, the amount is not paid back to the client yet. When one of our customers asked about this, they said it would take 20-30 days to reflect in their account.

    Poor Service. We are simply planning to change another service provider. Horrible experience.

    I lost $400 so far for 3 payments.

    Out of these three payments, i got two of them from invoices which i have sent and the other is a payment not gift.

    So paypal is reversing all payments, not just the personal ones.

    What should we do now to get back the money?
    Did anyone contacted paypal directly?

    Just sign up on 2CO it will charge you an initial sum of $49 and then charge you 5% when compared to paypal which charges 3% on each transaction.

    They you need to put in your wire details.

    All done!

    I think 2CO is much safer only it charges 5%. But atleast our hard earned money will come to us in time, when we need it?

    I think no one has had a problem with 2CO so far.

    Yes big problem my all payment Reversal To sender.my two buyer get her payment but one buyer payment hold and other buyer Did not received her payment but my account status completed Reversal.can any one tell me this problem solved or not.what is the best option for online transition now???

    we never had any major problems with PP so far too... right? well I guess I'll wait for a day or two and then take a call ... though it's affecting me adversely.. I hope they don;t take their sweet 2 day weekend off while we struggle with payment issues :( Please tell me the PP customer care id and the phone number ... + timings according to the IST timings and I'll make sure I make life helll for whoever gets on the other end of the line/mail...

    Paypal reversed another transaction from my account.

    And this one may be a real nightmare for some of the Indian webmasters.
    The payment reversed was from hostgator affiliate commission.

    I called them today and they said that the wire usually takes 20 working days for the wire to reach the Indian bank account and the minimum to be transferred is $300.00 with a wire cost of $15.00

    Can anyone please confirm the same ? and share their experiences with 2co as a payment processor.

    Keep contacting PayPal via Conact us Form, let them come down to address this issue! They should know how many of us are suffering. If few people contact them, they will ignore.

    Please STOP worrying. Use the contact us form in their website & escalate the issue. Keep ringing their phone. Let their customer support be flooded with plenty with complaints within 2-3 hours whey start their business day in another 4 hours.

    First of all, they should be aware of this issue. Bring it into their attention.

    What the Hell.. I feel like abusing PP badly but I am not allow to do so at such forums.

    All Payment reversed to buyers after after 31st Jan till today and many buyers are also not replying as they already received work.

    There are lots of alternatives but changing is not solution. PayPal is the one most of the online business people are using. So changing will not solve. I think PayPal will solve it soon. Have patience. We can't do much here.
