You want to be careful with submit too many pages. It may not look like your site is growing organically if you all of a sudden go from 50 pages to 1200 pages. I would work on creating a good internal linking structure so that Googlebot crawls your site naturally. You can also try to create a XML sitemap and submit the sitemap within Webmaster Tools.
Create a sitemap, about the 1000's of pages on your site and submit the sitemap to google webmaster tools and to b ing webaster tools. You should get indexed within 24 hours. If you ping the website, you are trying to get priority in indexing.

If you want to index thousand pages of your site at same time by using pinger sites, This is wrong way to index thousand pages by pinger sites. May be your site get penalized. If you want to index your page using pinger sites then create site map file where you should place your all link pages after that submit sitemap file in webmaster tool and then ping that page. By doing these things, you could get success.
