Difficult questions about google adsense!

Okay questions are not that difficult but it is not easy to handle it by google, consider the following

    - of course google does not allow fake traffics to a website, but how can google handle cases where an enemy sending fake traffics to your site without you even know about it! is google going to ban you for this ??

    - of course google don't expect too many clicks in a short period of time, but how can google handle cases where someone doesn't like you and come to your site clicking on a particular AD say hundred times in seconds!! is google going to ban you for this.

    - of course google does not like traffics coming from illegal sources even if they are real users, but what if some one ads a link/banner of your site on an prohibited site and sending some traffics to you while you have no idea about this, keep in mind it is not easy to find such kind of low traffics easily especially if you have thousands visitors per day, again is google going to ban you for this.

    - we know that finding a publisher id is not that difficult (especially with old styles) and we also know that most peoples allow any site to display their ads (which is actually not good) then what if someone published your adsense id on a completely horrible site (such porn or warez), is google going to ban you for this.

    .
    .
there are a lot of dirty techniques available for bad peoples to shout down your account in just a few days.

Now, to be honest ; how many of you have protected tools/programs installed in your sites to avoid out-of-control situations !!

Also how smart is google to find out which case is real and which one is innocent ?

If you get hundreds of clicks in a second Google will know they are fake and discount them and probably ban the IP from counting as clicks.

I don't think you would get penalised unless it was coming from your IP!

Google is not going to penalise you for people linking to your site - good or bad. They will just discount any links from bad neighborhoods.

I think you are worrying unnecessarily.

If you aren't doing anything illegal, you have nothing to fear. Also, most of the things you mention are quite unlikely to happen in normal circumstances.

Question: You witness a person robbing a bank where you have funds deposited. Do you report it and give the details of the robber?

Adsense is analogous to the bank. The robbers are the sites earning funds through unscrupulous means. You get money from adsense, therefore you have funds associated with the bank that is being robbed. If a site is violating TOS/Policies to get clicks, I report it.

How on earth Google knows if some fake traffics coming to a site is actually coming with or without the permission of the site-owner ?

and the same thing for the other cases ...

Google has mechanisms in place to stop clickbombs. Your best bet though is to split up your sites to multiple adsense accounts to reduce risk.

They have access to a lot of information about patterns and origins of clicks. With enough data you can come to a lot of useful conclusions.

I wouldn't worry much about being sabotaged by malicious ad clickery. They've seen it all before.

If it was that easy, then everyone would be clicking all their competing sites out of business the first day and nobody would be left standing.

Simply monitor your adsense account, and notify G of anything suspicious.

And whats ur great advice> Douche. Having multiple adsense accounts IS A KNOWN TECHNIQUE to prevent :

    1. People from tracking ur adsense code and finding all ur sites (prevents unwanted competition)
    2. Your house of cards from imploding(if one account gets banned who cares you have others)

For any of you who invest, this is similar to DIVERSIFICATION!

And no you are not "allowed" to have multiple accounts, but this shouldnt stop you if your smart.
