So where is my 99.9% uptime guarantee for the account i have with you? Why was your server down for 30 hours last week? And the week b4 it was down for many hours.. And the week b4 it was down for many hours.. Why is your serverload constantly in the red 7.42 (4 cpus) at the mo and thats low for your server.. There are issues i have put to you and you are not resolving them.. Constant timeouts Constant fails to connect Constant connection reset.. Cpanel loading very slow Can not backup clients account Can not go into clients accounts to create any backup.. These are just a few of the issues i have put to you and they still remain.. In the past 3 weeks i have lost 14 clients due to the service you provide me.. I even forwarded you yesterday a cancel request that was submitted by one of my clients at my whmcs to prove to you that you are loosing me clients.. I think you should sort these issues and get the server running better b4 you continue to place new accounts on it that will only add to the problems.. EDIT: Forgot to mention i lost a further 2 clients last night who were very angry with me on msn....
I can vouch for that as well.... my ip was banned daily from your server and you wouldnt talk to me as you didnt think i was a client of yours.... and as mentioned by coldgansta clients were lost and hardly recovered...
