i love lots of herbal teas such as jiaogulan(very good herb), nettle leaf, dandielion, white tea(stronger in anti-oxidents than green tea).
In otherwise green tea is substance in the world with so many medicinal values and without a single side effect. I drink it 4 cups a daY^^
i'm not a doctor, so i don't know if tea is good for health or not. all i know is i like to drink tea, specially if it's cold (ice tea)....hmmm... nice...
Like mentioned a dozen times before, Tea is good for your health -- just like water is. But IMO it doesn't have a great taste. You either have to grow up with it, or change your mind a lot I'm not a coffee drinker, nor a tea drinker, but if I had to choose for health purposes it would be tea because coffee is much more worse
usually black tea is good than mixing with milk.. and blacktea with 5 drops of lemon juice without adding sugar will stop the diarrhea oy dysentry whatever may be its effectiveness..
In whichever form or type tea is...but tea is one of the most beneficial drink that never harm ur body. Even more, if we say medically then, tea prevents 11 types of cancer to occur. So go for Tea....
I love a good cup of tea. None of the fancy stuff, just strong with milk and sugar. As to whether it's good for you, well, all things in moderation, and a little of what you fancy does you good.
